Another post from Next Door by Carl Paulson who has done a lot of work analyzing the new DW rates.
Jennifer Brown, the investigative reporter from Denver Post, would like to read your comments. Unfortunately, NextDoor privacy rules preclude her from reading them as she doesn’t reside in our neighborhoods.
If you leave a comment I will approve with the hopes that Ms. Brown takes a look.

Thanks so much for all of your time and work on this, Carl. Most average citizens would not have been able to catch this. It bothers me that Denver Water presented this rate change in such a deceptive manner just as much as it bothers me that the rate change is not being shared equally by everyone geographically. I hope that more people speak up.
It’s time for a second round of queries to Denver Water. If we’re quiet, DW will assume the problem is disappearing. Too much work has gone into this effort. (Again, thank you, Carl). Such inequity in rates isn’t fair, and DW’s lack of transparency into their rate structures is inexcusable. Why isn’t the City helping us?
